Interested in getting fit, meeting friends, and starting your day off right? Join us for free, peer-led, morning workouts every Wednesday at 7:15am at Optimist Park, started September 13th.
We welcome men of all fitness levels, all ages, and all physical abilities. There are no requirements other than you show up at the location and follow what the workout leader has planned. It is peer-led, meaning each man will take a turn leading a workout. No equipment needed. We will not leave any man behind!
